From the moment I met Danielle in person at the Coffee Shop I just knew that we vibed well together. We have the same interests and the conversation was effortless. I was excited for the opportunity to photograph her and Timmy’s wedding in September. The day of our meeting Timmy had to work and couldn’t attend. However, we had another meeting and getting to meet Timmy was the icing on the cake. He was fully present in the conversation, which is really refreshing. I felt like we had all been friends for years.
Fast forward to their engagement session and it was everything I dreamed it would be. Danielle and Timmy met me at Oak Hill, the Martha Berry Museum. The forecast was predicting tornados that night. If you can picture it, there were dark clouds covering the sky. The sun was trying to peek through a few times giving us beautiful back light. Moreover, we were praying that the rain would stay away until after their session, and it did. After our time at Oak Hill we made our way over to the Ford buildings at Berry College. If you’ve never been to Berry it’s like you’ve stepped back in time and landed at a beautiful European Castle.
Danielle and Timmy’s chemistry is what my photographer dreams are made of. Despite some slight battles with the wind we pulled off some of the most romantic portraits I’ve ever done. I’m proud of this engagement session and I hope you enjoy the beautiful images that we created together. Danielle and Timmy, thank you so much for trusting in me fully. I can’t wait for your wedding in September.
